Look at the two statements below. Both are related to Gordon Brown. In the first, he is refusing to acknowledge the fact that England deserves parity with Scotland. In the second, he is signing up to a Scottish Bill of Rights, putting Scottish interests first.

Dicatatorship for England and preferential treatment for his own country.
